The message I sent back about why I rejected their response must not have gotten back to youI'm not too good on a computer and I may not have followed the correct procedure
Again, the contractor told me to wait to this spring to look at my problem with the leek through the roofI agreed to this as it doesn't rain much in the winterThis time line as far as I'm concerned puts me into their contract warrantyAccording to the contractor they did come and look at my roof and came to their conclusion that my leek wasn't their problemThen is when ALL I ASKED from them was to come here when I was at home and to show me personally why they were not at faultI would think that this would be something that a good business would be glad to do
It now has gotten to a point where the contractor is saying I'm past the warranty and there nothing they will do
Can you use your influence at the Revdex.com to have the contractor come and show me why I have a leek every time it rainsI promise to have a civil and business type meeting if someone from there company would show up here and explain to me why their roofing job is not at fault

I never heard a word from Mr. [redacted] since his roof was done in 2010, until this March, 2014. There's no way a roof leaks on exactly 3 years as he put his dates in this complaint either. He called me almost 4 years after his roof was completed and said he had a small...

leak leaking through his soffit pans on an overhang. I explained to him that his 3 year workmanship warranty was past due, I would come and fix it but there would now be a charge. He said "Well, then I will take it to the next step"
I would be more than happy to go over there and provide him with a free estimate to fix his leak if he is willing to pay for the work to be done.  I think the only issue here is that he is trying to state that the leak occured under warranty, when in fact it didn't.
