After four different appointments with American roofing which they never kept I would have to say that there has to be a better contractor out thereThey continually said they would be there next week and never kept the appointment
Decided to wait until we had a good rain before the review Three nights ago, we had 20-mph winds and nearly 3" of rain NO LEAKS and an inspection of the roof looks like nothing happened! Yes, this should be expected
The real positive drive behind this endorsement was the road getting there During the bid process (I got three), Mr*** went way beyond a $ quote He explained WHY he used certain materials and the advantages to us When I complained of how hot my attic area would get he offered suggestions (read: NO PRESSURE SELLING) and allowed my wife and I to decide (we did add a solar power exhaust vent after checking them out on our own) Also, not only did he replace our dryer vent cap, he cleaned the vent hose out first (no charge)!
Bottom line, MrFand his crew, seemed to really care about us spreading the good word later he need not worry as I will!
