Went to Precision to lease a new car or possibly purchase a used oneHad some credit concerns because of a recent bankruptcyTalked to *** in the new car sectionI believe his card said "Customer Relations" as the titleHe said getting a lease would be harder so we walk to the used car lot next doorI end up taking a Nissan Altima for a test driveLove the car so we start talking prices*** shows me a printout that states the car costs $21,000+ dollarsAfter tax, license, doc fee etcits Just over $24,Tells me if I put $down my payments will be $per monthRuns my creditSays my score is good but I don't have my bankruptcy discharge papers yet so I need to come back in a few weeks and they will sell me the carI drive home and pull up the car on the internet to show some family members what it looks like and see the car listed for $16,not the $21,000+ *** told me it costIt also stated it could be financed for $per monthI drove back to the dealer and verified the VIN# in the online ad matched the VIN# on the car I droveI then tracked down *** to give him his card back and tell him that I felt like they were trying to rip me offTelling me a car costs $when the real price is $17,When I showed him the ad online he asked if I complained to the the sales manager because "he was the one" that told him what the price of the car wasI don't even know who the sales manager is but one of them is a crook*** stormed offNot sure if he was mad at the sales manager or mad that he got caught trying to over charge me(not my first choice of words) Either way, Im not going back and regret letting them do an inquiry on my creditI only make $per month so overcharging me by $on a car is A LOT of money for me

My wife & I bought a used Tundra in July from Precision Toyota In April it was due for a 60,mile service They told us that the battery needed replacing & that a belt tensioner needed replacing We were told that we didn't ' have to pay for the blue service because they noticed that the truck had been given the blue service prior to being sold in July I sent an email to the service department asking why we were required to pay for the repairs when we only owned the truck less than a year We are still waiting for a reply When we purchased the truck they sold us a warranty that would not cover the repairs They also sold us a KARR program & a Low Jack that we did not want We managed to receive a refund on the Low Jack with much back & forth trouble We have delt with Precision Toyota for years When we bought the truck we expected to be treated as good loyal customers That did not happen We are extremely disappointed with the way we were treated In the future if we need to purchase another vehicle it will be with a dealership that values its customers & will make sure that customer service from sales to service is a top priority

I brought my Toyota in for a "service brake light." The entire service team took part in a remedy, that was a bit of a rollercoaster ride, but ended up with a great outcome. Getting service management and customer support involved was beneficial. They were professional and understood my consumers point of view. As a consumer, if your remain respectful and honest, but continue to ask for their expertise and help, I think you cannot go wrong at Precision Toyota of Tucson.
