We have sent our quality control supervisor, *** ***, to evaluate and complete the necessary warranty repairs a total of times since the beginning of the year, as this has been an ongoing issue since last November with our crew completing repairs but not successfully fixing the leak

last two visits made by *** was to clean up left over debris from the repairs, and complete a final walk through with *** ***, who is the individual *** *** has asked us to communicate and schedule appointments with, to show her the leak is in fact fixed and has been since February 3, On that date, we removed and replaced a ftarea of modified roofing material at the pitch transition on the roof
In addition to the completed repairs on February 3, *** noticed a pitch pan that was not the cause of the previous leak, but could potentially cause a leak in the near future; that needed to be replacedWe are currently in the process of having this pitch pan manufactured, due to it being a special order itemI have informed *** *** as soon as the pitch pan is made, we will be back out to install it, but was very clear the leak has been fixed and this is a complimentary repair we are completing to prevent a future leak

If I drag this out I know they'll say they tried to do everything they could in good faith to resolve the problem. I have reservations in dealing with them. I would like for them to make this right. If they can fix it, fine. I'll work with them to resolve the issue. If it's not resolved with this dealing I will call back.
