American Roofing & Home Improvements

We were very pleased with Jeff and the whole American Roofing crew. Our roof was damaged by wind, so we were not prepared to be in the market for a new roof. Jeff was considerate, answered all of our questions, and kept us informed on what was going on. Jeff and his crew tore off the old roof, replaced the roof, drip guards, and vents. He and his crew completed everything in one day. Clean-up was exceptional. We did have other estimates done, and American Roofing was very reasonable. We cannot say enough about how well the experience went, and how happy we are with the work.

I contacted this business to go to my father's home to give a free estimate on his roof. He has a leak and other possible repairs are needed. I had to contact the company by phone 5 to 6 times during a 2 week period to even get them to respond and call my father to set up an appointment.

Finally they called him back; but could or would not set up a time during that call. Said they would call him back within the hour and never contacted him again. The next day I called American Roofing again asking them to just give us an answer ( If they couldn't or did not want to do the job; to let us know and we would contact another company?) That question was never answered either way! Last week they contacted my father and set up a time for an estimate for 8 am Sunday the 13th. They never called or showed up and finally called my father at approximately 2 in the afternoon to see if he was home. He was not! We had taken him into Milw. for a family BBQ. Absolutely ATROCIOUS customer service. I don't want a resolution to this situation and don't want to hear from them again. We certainly won't be contacting them for anything ever again! Very unreliable.

Although they were fast to send someone out to take a look at the repairs I needed, I never heard anything back. I had left several messages over the course of 2 weeks and not a word. In the meantime my house was receiving more water damage because the issue wasn't being addressed. Very unprofessional.
