This company was paid in full to install a new roof in January of After Hurricane Irma came, the roof leaked in two areas and caused damage to the interior of the home and garageThere were no leaks before installation of the new roof The company agreed to repair the roof, but instead they sent out someone who patched the roof insufficientlyThe owner came out on September and promised to have the repairs taken care of the following weekNo one showed up to make the repairs nor did we receive any communication from the owner concerning this matterAfter several attempts to reach the owner by phone, our calls were not answered or returned

I met with business owners on June 5th and we settled on the work to be done to my chimney and roof in order to stop a leak I was sent a contract that evening and I responded with some clarifying questions I did not hear back from the company, so four days later (June 9th) I sent another email asking to clarify the contract before I signed On June 11th I finally received my answers I signed and returned the contract on Wednesday, June 13th and I specifically requested to be contacted when I was scheduled for the chimney repair

American roofing did a $30,reroofing of my estate We used thirty-year architectural shingles, which totally added a new look to our estate Multiple buildings were reroofed in a very short period of time The work was impeccable, as well as the repairs to the underlying woodwork The work was done in a very short period of time, and consideration was given to the landscaping, so that no damage was done to our property *** suggested a color for our shingles which we would not have ordinarily considered, but was perfect for our house The cost was extremely reasonable, beating the other estimates we have had They came back and corrected a few very small issues with the roof at no cost to us This company is very reliable and conscientious about their work, and had our best interest at heart If you need a new roof, I would strongly recommend this company due to their integrity, competence and speed of workYou will be glad you selected them *** *** M.D*** Georgia
