I've had a lot of experience with American Rooter. I've gotten a new toilet installed, work done on a main line, work on the washer hook-up, a drippy shower leak and a tub line repaired and there is even more. Every single time I've been satisfied with the work and have recommend American Rooter to friends and family. They have also all reported great experiences. Plumbing problems are the worst, but American Rooter is the best.

Great Company/Amazing employees. I had American Rooter out to our business to fix a drainage issue on some pipes that ran through our ceiling from the roof. The guys showed up 15 minutes early for the appointment. Did an extensive review of the duct work and drainage pipe path, and gave me a few options on how they could proceed with repairs. They did not try to push the expensive repairs on me and let us make our own decision on how to proceed ( based on their recommendations.) They proceeded with the repairs and did an amazing job. Both guys were extremely friendly, very knowledgeable, and overall did a great job. I don't review businesses very often, but I felt that their customer service was outstanding and they deserve to be recognized. great company, nothing less than a 10 star company and exceptionally great employees.
