Great Company/Amazing employeesI had American Rooter out to our business to fix a drainage issue on some pipes that ran through our ceiling from the roofThe guys showed up minutes early for the appointmentDid an extensive review of the duct work and drainage pipe path, and gave me a few options on how they could proceed with repairsThey did not try to push the expensive repairs on me and let us make our own decision on how to proceed ( based on their recommendations.) They proceeded with the repairs and did an amazing jobBoth guys were extremely friendly, very knowledgeable, and overall did a great jobI don't review businesses very often, but I felt that their customer service was outstanding and they deserve to be recognizedgreat company, nothing less than a star company and exceptionally great employees
