Company lied about work performed and location it would be performed at.Took my mobile grooming trailer to American rv because the fresh water tank was leaking. I dropped it off in August of 2014. I was advised by their service advisor that he would call and let me know the cost. A week later he called ma and told me labor alone is going to be 785.00 they need to remove the tank and take it to Apple valley and that was going to be a lond drive. I told him that was fine. In September they called me and said your trailer is ready and it was 1,026.72 due at pick up. I picked up the trailer and paid them. I called and asked them why my labor 997.50 not the original 785.00, [redacted] told me that's because we had to build a new wheel well cover and we had no other option so I put it under labor. I said ok thanks for explaining that to me. On December 6th I called and spoke with [redacted] explained to her that my fresh water tank was leaking and asked her if it was under warranty and she told me well it should be because we just fixed it in September 15th, she said I am going email the service advisor and let him know I said fine thank you and we hung up. On December 9th I get a call from the service advisor at 7:39 a.m. He said I am sorry but we didn't fix your tank we just changed a hose. At that time I lost my mind. I said to him how do you sleep at night knowing you are screwing people he said I sleep fine. I also said to him you should have used Vaseline when you bent us over. I was so mad because they never fixed what they said they were going to fix. Again on December 9th I called and spoke with [redacted] again.I explained to her my conversation with the service advisor and asked if there was anyway she could help me with my leaking problem. I explained to her that if it was just the hose why did they have my trailer for a month and that the hose was still under warranty with another company if I knew it was just the hose I could of saved me a lot of money. On December 10th [redacted] called and said sorry there is nothing we can do for you. I said thank you have a nice day and hung up.Desired SettlementTo either refund back at least half the labor or fix the issue I paid to have fixed properly. Also pay for my gas for having to take it back to get it done right.

The refrigerator we purchased from American RV Company arrived badly damaged both internally and externally. Refrigerator was purchased on 3/14/14 and was delivered damaged on 3/31/14. The refrigerator was heavily wrapped in cellophane plastic and a cardboard lid banded to both top and bottom. This packaging concealed the damage, which is on the bottom both outside and inside the fridge. When item as dropped off by delivery person, the delivery person was unwilling to wait while fridge was completely unpackaged, before departing. We notified American RV upon unpacking and sent pictures of the damage. So far, their response has been "you get what you signed for." This is extremely poor customer service as external and internal damage could not have been noticed until fridge was completely unpacked. Desired SettlementWe need either an immediate refund of our $1462.39 or an immediate replacement of this fridge.
