It's an automated dispatch of certificate upon completion, correct address - what's the problem?!! Poor service

This is the worst online program everMy daughter was forced to repeat several sections twiceWhen she finally finished the course the paperwork never cameWhen we inquired they had lost record of her last sections, all communications etc They basically said tough and then didn't want to issue a refundThere are too many options to give money to such a poor company

Both myself and my mom have paid our money signed up for hour Defensive driving course and it is the most user unfriendly coarse I have ever experienced! I have taken many classes online and never had a problemEven took this one yrsago and it was not this difficult! Have spent hours and still have not been able to even look at or read the first question because I cannot get it! Everytime I am on the phone to get help no one even picks up until over an hourThey say sorry we are just busy but we are here to answer your questions! REALLY? I guess their customers are not that important! I asked for a call back on email ...its been days and nothing as of yet!!! Want a refund for myself and my year old mom! Very very disappointed that this company holds an A+ rating with all their complaints!

A good company to do business with, and I definitely need anything for employment I will do business again with America Safety Council

PLEASE save your money! This is not only an eductaional service that is worth $0, this is a complete waste of timeThis course does not help with the practice permit tests on the official website and the workers on here are not helpful and provide many excuses for not sending a certificateIt is hard to get assistance on their "24/7" chat service and I still have not yet gotten a certificate when I have completed this course over two months ago! The workers are not even consistent with their lies! One service member confirmed my course was completed and then another claimed I had not completed the courseThis website is a SCAM

Today I started an online driver course with *** After registering I started the course with the first module not loading properly so I then called in and had to wait minutes to speak with a representativeI was told to use another browser which I did and then began my next module After sitting through the 2nd module and completing tests, the program still did not load properly Again, I called and waited minutes to speak with a rep only to receive no additional help other than to update my flash player This makes no sense since the first part of the program loaded properly Basically, I wasted 1/hours of my day and am having to find another online course Extremely unsatisfied with the complete experience

I am very disapointed in The American Safety Council's online Defensive Driving Course! Tried to take it today 12/28/16. They make you pay up front then after you register all your information and give them you payment....They say you must have Adobe to take the coarse! What??? I am poor that's why I want to save on my auto insurance and IPads do not come with Adobe! So now after wasting all that time putting in the information, I am out the money and have waited on the phone for over 2 hours at the American Safety Council to talk to some one. Worst experience of my life!

I have taken 5 traffic school courses in my life including this one. This has by FAR been the worst one. I just blew hours on just the first module that was supposed to only be 15 minutes. They basically just make you watch a video that floods you with statistics at a rate no one is going to be able to take notes at and many of the statistics are ambiguous and overlap. Then you are given a quiz where there are typos and highly ambiguous questions. If you do not answer the question exactly the way that sentence was originally posed in the presentation as a form of a statement it is considered wrong. If you try to click off the test to go back and review it considers that a failure. If you had the back button that's considered a failure. On my last try to pass the VERY FIRST module. I actually googled each question and checked it from multiple sources. Still couldn't pass the very first "quiz". You do not get confirmation of any kind as to which questions you didn't get right, even after they eject you from the course and take your money. For all I know at this point there is no way to actually pass the "quiz" and th ewhole thing is just a front to take your money for doing nothing. There are no retakes and customer service is pretty much going to just tell you they're taking your money and have a nice life. So much for the "Money back garantee" on the website...

Not sure how this company has an A+ rating when more than 60% of ratings are negative. Have not obtained my certificate which stated would be delivered in 7-10 days. When you call customer service which is suppose to be available "24/7" , you're placed on hold for over 30 minutes

I started to take the Washington Alcohol Training on Thursday (March 31, 2016). The description says that the course only takes 3 hours. I started about 2:30 pm, right before the intro I ran into trouble where it wouldn't load past the first two slides. I contact the live chat help & Jamie was able to help me. (it did take a few minutes for the person to respond initially) But she/he was able to help me get through the into. But at the end it wouldn't let me go onto the first module. I contacted Jamie again, as the chat just kept the first conversation going. She/he was able to activate the link in the table of content so I could move on.
Unfortunately this wasn't the end of the misery. After finishing module 1 I had to ask her/him to let me have access to the quiz.Thankfully after the quiz I was able to move onto the following module, but this problem continued after each module with me needing to access each quiz. Jamie was off work around 4pm pacific time & I had to call customer service. I spoke with Daniel who was able to help me get through modules 2 quiz through 5 quiz. I finished module 6 but decided to call it a night as it was now 9pm. Total of 6 and a half hours.
I came back the next day (Friday, April 1st) at 6 pm, watched module 6 again, had to ask for help again. This time on live chat I spoke with Deana G., (took a few minutes to initially respond) who helped me access the quiz for module 6 & again for module 7. After completing module 8 & asked Deana to unlock 8's quiz, she insisted that I was still on module 7. I got frustrated with this & decided to call it a night as it was close to 10 pm. Total time spent 4 hours.
I came back again Saturday (April 2nd) 10:20 am, watched module 8 again & then went to the live chat for help. Hilda W was available right away before I had even started typing. I explained the issue that I needed to get to module 8 quiz. She told me to click the "next " button. I explained that I've been having these issues since Thursday & I needed her to unlock the link so I could move on. She then told me that there was a time requirement on the slides and to finish watching. I explained again, I knew that & had watched the module twice already. With that she finally let me move forward. Total time 1 hour.

So I'm leaving a neutral review. Daniel told me that this was an issue that a lot of people were dealing with & IT was working on trying to fix it, which I understand. The timing response for the first two online chat people could have been better & then when I needed help again I had to wait for them to come back & help me, instead of allowing me to start a new chat & finding help right away.
The amount of time that it took me to completely finish this course in total : 11.5 hours! Over three days!! This is horrible!!! Considering that it says you should finish at a minimum of 3 hours!!!! Then the fact that it will not allow me to get my certificate or permit after I finish after the final quiz unless I take the survey!?!?! Surveys should be an option, not a requirement!
Again Neutral as the customer service reps did what they could for me. But this review could easily have been a negative one...still could if I do not receive my permit by the 10th business day as it says I should.

BEST ONLINE TRAFFIC SCHOOL**MOST REPUTABLE** DELIVER AS PROMISED** BEST PRICING** RECEIV'D CERTIFICATE AT NO COST AND IT PRINTED IMMEDIATELY. I completed the course over a long weekend stopping and working at my own pace. Interesting and well thought also the best price. Had bad experience with lowest price traffic school I'm thankful that fl online traffic school turned it around.

Poor Customer Service. Regurgitate same response without listening to your question.

I find this company extremely misleading and disingenuous. After paying the 32.34 for the 4 hour course and test; they attain from us of another 9.95 to purchase the Certificate sooner than their already criticized delivery system. This is quite a scam if you ask me. I bought an email Certificate to be delivered in 3 hours, subsequently, after the purchase the Certificate pops up and I am able to print it right off of my computer. Why couldn't they offer the Certificate, available to print right away - as part of the original 32.34 price. I feel taken advantage of. To think that the DMV recommends them is absurd; and I will be contacting them next.
