The customer paid the installer directly the $720 on their own accord at time of install, then went into the Bridgeview store location after the fact and was not commincated properly as to what occurred, the pool was "dropped/sunk" into the ground, not just leveled. Pools are not sunk into the ground without cost as it requires excavating, which is what the customer paid for direct to the installer, we refunded the portion of the leveling off the total price of the pool package and refunded the $360. No further monies are owed to the customer.
