customer the pool is level at all points. The customer did not accept the pool was level and is still insisting it's not level with no just reasoning as to why. I've attached the photos taken today upon the installers return to provide verifcation of it being level and no issues for your review. The pool can visually appear from the outside as not being level from the eye's point of view as the ground itself is not level on the outside of the pool and the backfill around the pool covers a portion of the outer wall higher in some places so it visual appears it's not level. The photos attached were taken today and is measured all the way around the pool, the water and all toprails are completely even and measuring the same height. If the pool was not level, the measurements would be off and the water level uneven, and that is not the case. There is no issue with the installation or pool being off level, it's completely level.
