American Same Day Service

Review: I called the company tues feb 11 approx. 3pm for washing machine repair. I was told I would be called back in an hour. I had to call again after an hour and a half. Shortly later I received a call saying they could come out around 7 pm. The service man came and said it needed a new pump. The parts store was closed so he said he would call the next day. The next day he called and stated he was unable to find a pump because they were no longer being made. I myself called 3 local stores and they all carried the part. I called the repair man back to say I found the part and to see if he could put it in. I left 3 messages and he never returned the phone calls. I called the company feb 13 2pm to let them know. They said they would call back. I had no return call so I called again at 530pm. Im still waiting. I had to pay $64 for the service call that was suppose to also go towards the cost of fixing the machine.Desired Settlement: To have fee refunded so I can find another repair man.
