We were very impressed also with Mr N[redacted] extreme professionalism, courtesy, listening skills, polite attitude and expertise. The two gentlemen (Bob and Xavier) assigned to repair our system came in 15 minutes early and the work was completed sooner than we expected. The job was done with and extreme carefulness and neatness. They were very informative, professional, friendly and courteous.
