Review: Purchased Leaf Guard gutters from this company on 1/**/**06. Having a problem with water running over the side of the gutter and I cannot get them to come back to fix this. Have called them over ** times and they insist they are coming to look at it, but no one has ever called me back to confirm they will be here. It is hit or miss as to whether you can get someone to actually answer the phone there and never have they called me back when I have left messages. The company has a lifetime warranty om these gutters but what good does it do if they never service them or return your calls! I am looking for some help in getting them to honor their guarantee! I do not suggest anyone use this company as they cannot be held to their word!Desired Settlement: I would like the company to come out to look and see what the problem is with the gutters! They were quick to point out that it may cost me some money if it is not due to their product failure, and I agreed to that. They never called back or came out to see what the problem was! Want this resolved BEFORE the winter, which is almost upon us!

Review: Seamless gutter were installed in 2004 (7/**/2004) paid $794.00. with life long warranty of the function. they will unclog if it gets cloged. present gutter need cleaning. I have called them several times and left message on their voice mail on both tel numbers one in [redacted] ###-###-#### and also in ** no ###-###-#### . I also mentioned if they do not respond. I will have to go to Revdex.com. If this is not done on time it may damage my house. these are special gutter system I can not call any gutter cleaning person.

Review: all state leafguard installed the gutter system and everything was fine with a lifetime warranty.then when I needed service this employee [redacted] said they set up appointments and they never come. the service I need is just adjusting the gutters maybe 30 minutes, but this guy [redacted] sounds like a ripoff artist.Desired Settlement: just service the gutters like I was told when I was sold the gutter system for $1500.
