One more thing about quality of my meat!!!I receiving meat days on the week , from best brand in USA(*** *** *** *** *** ***) WITH USDA approved and checked USDA inspectors.Meat what I get from distributers ready for saleEvery box what I get it checked and prepared for sale by
my butchers, before the coming to costumer!!!Hi my name is GenadiI am officer of the store.I read complain about my service.1.Costumer said ,"*** *** *** ** *** ***", after cooking it smell ,I check meat, even tasty with my worker of store it was very fresh and tasty!!!We try to explain but Lady didn't want to hear me and drop her basket and go homeAfter I get phone from another women, she start to cry to me about quality of my products and she wants her money back, I told to lady I don't want any trouble she can come and pic up her money, but she needs check of shoppingShe told me ok, will come tomorrow for moneyNobody come to my store next day even after.2.I am not only one owner of store, it was my shift and responsibility for money in store, every spend money I need to report for my partners and accounting by proof(recite or invoice)!!!!3.I discuss with my partners, we ready stop this conflict :areturn moneybGive to costumer credit store $20.PS: I HAVE VERY QUALITY PRODUCT AND I KEEP NAME OF STORE
From previous complaint I explained we are not killing pig in my store , we get ready for sale product with USDA inspectors stamp!!!! We don't know what kind of pig was before(male or female). My meat guys preparing meat for costumer , if they see wrong condition of product , they report to me or my partners. We are big costumers of meat company and have priority return to warehouses any kind of meat if we don't like !!! I DON'T SEE ANY REASON FOR TREAT MY COSTUMER!!! We never try treat NOBODY we try keep our good name. I shore in quality and cleaning my produce and ready to any inspections!!! 2. If you filing I talk not nice to you or your mother I am ready to say SORRY !!! 3.About credit and returns I am ready to send by mail check(if you don't want to visit us)!! SORRY ABOUT INCONVENIENCE!!!
