This is the response to the complaint made by [redacted].We spoke directly yo [redacted] on 4/**/2017 on which date she closed the upcoming year of service and at which time we did notify her that the final invoice was going out and asked if she was the authorised person to...

handle this matter.Not once had she vocalised any concerns and also wanted to take part in our 15% discount . We are shocked by the complaint as we could have resolved matters directly with her.  or her concerns but at which point she had none. She also states we are a scam which is very insulting to our company as we pride in our work.However we do believe in customer satisfaction and will null the invoice even though we believe this is an attempt not to pay her bill. Hopefully in the future before she runs a company down she should take the time to talk to them and actually find out the truth, we would have certainly taken the time to resolve any issues she may have had.She has been removed from our data base and we will not contact her again as like wise we do not want to do business with companies like this.

 These were bogus charges.  We never contracted with this company to work for us at any time. We never heard of this company until we got the bill.

We are sorry that closing the account with a zero balance was not satisfactory for [redacted].We have never heard from [redacted] or any one else with complaints due to the service or the invoice for the services rendered.How ever we do believe that it is possible that [redacted] was not aware of the services or of the invoice for the services rendered, for no one at this company has ever spoken with him.The only person that we have spoken with was [redacted], and now do believe that she was not an authorised person to renew or close the account.This was the basis of the closure of the account with a zero balance.
