fees and other operational management for the Self Storage business.*** *** became delinquent on 9/4/and the first late fee was charged on 9/9/(there is a 5-day grace period)She then had a 14-day late fee on 9/18/and a 30-day Lien fee added on 10/3/She has been behind since 9/4/and is still delinquent todayShe has made four payments over this time frame but failed to bring the balance to zeroAfter looking over the last payment she made, I understand her concernThe system recognized her last payment of $on 1/3/but the next day 1/4/it charged her with a new 5-day late charge, a 14-day late charge and a 30-day Lien feeWe are not sure why the system made these charges.American Self Storage*** *** *** ** *** *** *** ***
*** is going to meet with our manager onsite today and we are going to make this offer to her:? We are going to remove the $of late fees made on 1/4/by giving her credit towards the outstand balance of $334.00.? This will leave an unpaid balance of $with the next rent payment of $due on 2/3/18? We will ask her to make the payment of $due for the current rent before the grace period ends (2/9/28).? She will be asked to catchup the remaining balance of $before her 3/3/rent is due, and she will not incur any late fees during this period.? After she is current will encourage her to set up an automatic payment with her credit card to avoid any more late payments.To recap, we are going to credit back $and wave any addition late fess until 3/3/in hopes that she will have enough time to become current and encourage her too use the automatic payment method to remain current.Please let me know if you have any questions.Thank you,*** ***@wedelrahill.com
