I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
The business has changed its story several times, claiming first that they did not have a copy of the *** trust; then admitting they did have a copy and would send it; then saying that they had sent it; then admitting that they had no record of having sent it; and now claiming that they did send it.We have not received the copy of the *** trust.

Your letter of July 27th suggests that we review this case again and reconsider its position. We have reviewed the case again and, while not able to reconsider our position, will attempt to clarify our position on this matter.American Senior Koncepts did not have possession of the copy of the Trust. The [redacted]s were visited by [redacted] and we understand their decision to decline doing business with us. We have no files in our office relating to them and "the business", as ASK is referred to, has no record of conversations with the [redacted]s about returning the Trust to them. Any conversation about the return must have been with [redacted] and we were not aware of the siuation. We are sorry about the inconvenience and misunderstanding. As stated previously, the material was mailed to the [redacted]s at their address in [redacted].
