Review: I have tried to contact this company to get them to fix an issue with my alarm, one person called, then never got back to me. I tried for weeks to get them, no avail. Then, I wanted to contact them to close my account, again, no call back. I have left many messages with their messaging company, they said they would relay the messages, and no one ever got back to me. I have had my cc company issue me a new card.Desired Settlement: I want to be refunded for my last payment.
