Mr. C[redacted] is lying about...
the promised time or arrival and about the donation to the Salvation Army. First of all when I spoke with Mr. C[redacted] on Wed, September 16th at 4:11 pm and he said he would accommodate the move and get back to me with a time of arrival. I never heard back from him so phoned ASAP at 9:09 am on September 17th and left a message for Mr. C[redacted]. Later on during September 17th I phoned and spoke to Ms. Sharon S[redacted] at 12:21 pm. Then at 2:58 pm on September 17th Ms. Sharon S[redacted] called to confirm that the movers would arrive at 2 pm on Friday, September 18th. I told her that I would be driving up from NYC and that if they were going to be late to please call me to let me know. Ms. S[redacted] said that she would have the drivers do so. On September 18th after I had to wait outside of the storage location for approximately 3 hours and 45 mins their driver Floyd (who admitted to being a drug addict I might add) phoned at 5:49 pm on my cell phone to say that he was now pulling in. The move was slow and they did not leave the storage location until 11 pm at night after having to waste my car battery by shining my lights into the storage facility. After I phoned Mr. C[redacted] to complain and request that they deliver my items early at 2 pm on September 21st again the drivers came late at around 4 pm.
My emails attached clearly show that Mr. C[redacted] is a liar and lacks integrity. His company does not even deserve to be in business as any company that treats customers the way they treat me is a disgrace. Why should it take multiple emails to get a response about the SA donation. They should have contacted them on their own and not left it to me because they know their own hours.
I do not accept their response and may have to take legal action against them if necessary.

We really have nothing more to add to our packet of information sent to the Revdex.com on March 16th, 2016. Clearly Dr. [redacted]'s version goes far astray from her emails at the time, which were sent to the Revdex.com in our aforementioned response, which included an apologu frpm her to us.
