While I understand Ms [redacted] concerns, the amount of the premium covers the entire period the vehicle did not have collision coverage She misunderstands the information provided The only letter that was returned was noted in our original response, so it is safe to assume the other letter were, in fact, delivered Lastly, this is a hard charge, paid to an insurance company and not something we are able to waive as a gesture of good faith I have attached the acknowledgement/agreement disclosing all the terms Ms [redacted] is now disputing Unfortunately, the credit union position has not changed

This fee is disclosed on the Fee Schedule provided to all members In addition, the month before charging this fee, we mail a letter to our members notifying them all they need to do is contact us to ensure this fee is not charged [redacted] spoke with our Solution Center on 9/1/ and all the fees refereenced in her complaint were refunded We also explained how they are calculated and how to avoid them

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the offer and/or response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below [Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.] Regards, [redacted] I requested a meeting with MrL [redacted] after his crew worked for days but he couldn’t meet until 8:PM and it was dark outside He said he would patch the shingles I wanted the shingles replaced He said my entire roof, plywood and shingles, (5-years old) was dry rotted and needed to be replaced and that he could do the work for $14, He then asked for a ($10,000) deposit to start the siding job I told him that if the roof needed to be replaced that I would have to purchase a cheaper siding material He said he could not get the material until I paid him I did not pay him the deposit He decided to have the materials delivered regardless That was his decision The day after our meeting, I called roofing contractors and the county building inspector The roofing contractors did an inspection and said my roof/plywood and shingles were in very good condition I only had small areas of minor wood rot around the outer edge of the roof that needed patching They said the scaffolding screws should have been placed under the shingle tab, not on top, and that the shingles with screw holes would have to be replaced; not patched The building inspector said it was poor workmanship to put holes in the shingles, that the scaffolding was installed incorrectly, and that it did not meet OSHA standards.Much of the siding, aluminum fascia wrap, soffit, house wrap and gutters were removed before MrL***’s crew started work The only damaged drip edge is along the area of the house where his crew removed the fascia trim I have pictures of these areas where his crew removed aluminum where gutters had never been attached and the drip edge is mangled there as well The drip edge is in perfect condition where MrL***’s crew did not remove the fascia trim I also have a picture of MrL***’s ladder lying directly against the shingles and bending the drip edge I brought this to MrL***’s attention during the first meeting and he did not have the ladder removed or the ladder position corrected until after I terminated his services At my insistence, MrL [redacted] and I met again a week later during daylight I showed him the additional damage done by his crew while trying to replace a rotten board in the eve and breaking up the shingles Please see the picture of the new wood, where it was cut and incorrectly installed by his crewThis action buckled the shingles and broke them MrL [redacted] stated, “My contract was not to fix any roofing issues, even though we were going to add step flashing for her.” He is correct, he was not supposed to perform any roofing He never mentioned flashing to me His letter to the Revdex.com is the first I heard of thisAt the meeting, I told MrL [redacted] what the roofing contractors said He told me that his guys were siding installers; not carpenters When I asked him how he planned on fixing what they had done, he could not provide me with sufficient answers He minimized, denied, and made excuses for his crew’s poor workmanship MrL [redacted] made it clear that he would not be able to be on the job site to supervise his men and I felt I could no longer allow his crew to cause additional damage to my home It was at this point that I had to let him go He is correct I sent him an email asking that he to come retrieve his things and I asked him to give me 24-hour’s notice and that failure to provide notice could result in a trespassing charge I wanted to be home to ensure no additional damage was done to my home while his crew gathered their belongings and removed the screws from the roof MrL [redacted] stated, “We always attempt to simply screw out the screws on the deck railing, but we are not always able to take the simple route.” This is untrue Please see the attached picture His crew did not attempt to unscrew the railing They simply sawed the railing off posts in different locations thus damaging it They took it down for their convenience to install the scaffolding when they could have worked around it or unscrewed it Additional mounting holes will now have to be pre-drilled, countersunk and mounted in a different location (one can’t screw new screws on top of cut old screws) to properly align it with the railing beside it and these additional screw holes will not match the existing railing design MrL [redacted] states: “We did replace rotted wood before we applied the house wrap.” So far there are two locations found where his crew used house wrap to cover wood rot One is near the porch area and the other is at the bottom part of the wood corner Please see the pictures showing where his crew did not place the house wrap low enough to even cover the wood I have since hired another contractor to tear down the house wrap and repair these two areas I signed a contact with MrL [redacted] in November to retain him for the job MrL [redacted] knew my window contractor very well and spoke with him on numerous occasions before, during, and after he started the work on my house MrL [redacted] was well aware that I was having the windows and sliders replaced in my house and that they would not arrive or be installed by January or FebruaryI request reimbursement of the $2,deposit I paid MrL [redacted] to be returned to me so that I can pay my new contractor to uninstall the old house wrap (to find and fix the wood rot), fix/replace the improperly removed railing, replace the shingles with holes in them and the exhaust vent pipe with the holes in it, repair/replace the mangled drip edge, remove the improperly cut boards/fascia and fix the shingles that were bent and broken all as a direct result of the poor workmanship provided by MrL***’s work crew

I have been in business for more than years, as a corporationHave never had anyone complain about so many issues sans-serif;">She refused to give us the deposit due upon starting [redacted] said to give her a couple days and I could get it thenWell almost a week went by and she would not answer her phoneThen demanded I come by for all her issuesSo I met with them and told her I would take care of all the really minor issues, except her items that fell in the bathroomThey agreed and then I get an email telling me to leave her job and if we didn't get our stuff she was going to charge us for trespassingSetting up scaffolding requires us to screw the braces into the roof system for safety Shingles do not need to be replaced, they only require a small patch. We have been doing this way for over years and have never had a single problem We also could have fixed that hole in the vent by either taping it or just cutting that part of the hoseShe refused to allow us to do anything for herWe always attempt to simply screw out the screws on the deck railing, but we are not always able to take the simple routeMost of the time we have to cut themIf we can reuse the railing we do or simply replace itThe drip cap was damaged before we did anythingIt was bentYou could not see it, the gutters were covering it up.Whoever did the roof did a really poor jobThere were several areas of the plywood and rafters that were very rottedThey even left out critical flashing, ice and water protection, and critical flashing in the area where we had to replace woodThe roofing was already buckled in that areaMy contract was not to fix any roofing issues, even though we were going to add step flashing for herAll the wood that she is referring to was rotted because the roofers did not put step flashing in that critical areaYou could not see how rotted it was cause the existing metal work covered it upWe were in the very beginning stages of the jobWe had started to do the repair, but it needed more productsFlashing and adding more woodwork to what we had startedThere were several other areas that also needed attention because of all the rotting As far as any house wrapWe did replace rotted wood before we applied the house wrapEven though it was not even included in the contractWe did not have an optionAs far as the items that got damaged. They were told when they signed the contract that all items on the walls need to be removed because of all the poundingIt is also simply common senseWe were even supposed to start her job in January and she decided to replace one of her wallsThat was the first delay, then had to wait on windows to be installed As far as the deposit checkShe owes me much more than the $2,The material was special order is one problemThere is restocking fees involvedThe fact that we removed the siding trim gutters railsReplaced rotted wood and applied the house wrap and taped the seamsand all the labor that was paid for almost a week worth of work That total is way more than $2, We hardly ever even get a complaint, she complained about every single thing we did

At no point did I ever receive any contact about the insufficiency of the insurance, the only contact letters I received from Arizona Central Credit Union were that asking for the title of my vehicleArizona Central Credit Union has both my phone number as well as my email address, at no point were either of those methods used to contact meI never received those letters, I moved in February, however my mail was requested to be forwarded a phone call was utilized to change the address with the Credit UnionHowever due to another move the address was never changed, the address I originally had was left in the systemI changed my new address online this time Despite the times I have contacted Arizona Central Credit Union never once did they disclose the information provided to Revdex.com to meI have emailed multiple times about the CPI, each time being told to send my insurance info for that period of time in and nothing moreThe amount of CPI makes even less sense, if the CPI was purchased in the beginning of July and proper insurance coverage was obtained in the end of July, that means over two thousand dollars is being charged for a period of time that has passed before the CPI was ever purchasedHow does that protect the investment of the Credit Union if there is active proper insurance maintained?
