Ordered 4 signs - ALL 4 are immediately peeling. Ordered 1 banner - It wasn't properly grommetted or hemmed and ripped like paper.Merchant agreed via email to pick up the signs and refund the money on 12/21/15. She didn't show up, we called each day since, left messages and emailed asking when she [redacted] comply with her refund agreement. She doesn't answer our calls or reply to email. The client is open as I drove by her location today and the front door to her shop was literally open with vehicle out front. The order consisted of 2 street side signs, 1 exterior building sign and 1 interior building sign. One of the three signs upon original delivery had to be reprinted as she used purple instead of blue in part of our logo. All 4 signs were with the same logo. Why one came with different colors is poor workmanship and not checking the work before delivery. She remade the sign. At the time her helper installed the signs they had bubbles and were peeling. We informed her of this, she said that's because she didn't "glaze" them yet and she will when she installs the door sign. She then stated to give them time to dry and just push out any bubbles. The problem never went away and all 4 signs are peeling. Another piece of the order was a street side banner. The banner was poorly constructed, not properly grommeted and not hemmed. The banner was not installed two weeks before ripping. She blamed extreme cold weather and wind (of which we didn't have any). I pointed out, no other banner or flag on the same street in same proximity of this one had any damage. She offered to regrommet it. I explained it ripped and can't be regrommetted. The other item ordered was a door sign and is the only item provided with quality workmanship.On 12/28/15 she agreed via email to pick up the signs and will have "check in hand" on 12/21/15 to refund. She no showed us, has not returned any phone calls and has refused to reply to follow up emails. She was open last week and is open this week as I have to drive by her location to get to my office. Today the front door was literally open with a car in the front. When she was here delivering the signs part of the conversation was about time off and she laughed stating she doesn't get time off. So not replying due to the holiday weeks is not possible. We simply want the promised refund for the produces which are supposed to last for years (business signs) and didn't even last 2 weeks.Desired SettlementI ordered 4 business signs, 1 banner and 1 door sign from the vendor and provided my logo in a high resolution file for her to complete the work. Upon delivery of the signs, one had to be remade as she used purple in part of my logo instead of blue. It was the same logo for all 4 signs so I'm not sure why she didn't check her work before delivering one with wrong colors. She remade that sign.Upon delivery of the 4 signs, they all had bubbles and the edges were peeling. She said don't worry about it, she didn't "glaze" them yet, then they'll have to dry. I'm not sure what "glazing" she did that day as they looked the same after she left along will their bubbles and peeling edges that wouldn't stay down. We contacted her as the signs still had peeling edges and bubbles. She said to push them down and they'll be fine. They never were. As a client, why am I pushing bubbles and edges down on my "professionally ordered and installed signs" anyway? The street side banner was not made with quality, improperly grommeted and not hemmed. Her helper installed the banner and within 2 weeks, the top of the banner, on both sides, ripped like paper where the grommets were located. She blammed this on "excessive cold and wind". We did not have any extreme temperatures or storms. When I asked why no other banners or flags in my area, on the same street were affected by this non-existent weather, she didn't have any answer except she'll regromet them. It was not possible to regromet them with the way they ripped. She offered to remake it, I asked for a change in the image since she had to remake it anyway. She agreed and committed to sending the proof that Monday. The proof never arrived. A week went by, no response to reach her and no proof. I addressed the entire order with her again noting all the issues above. On 12/18/15 via written email, she committed to refund my order. She agreed to stop by my business on 12/21/15 to pick up the signs and will have a refund "check in hand". She no showed us. We contacted her for a reschedule date via email and phone several times, she is ignoring our requests. As a side note regarding the time of year it is and to shut down any excuse for "days off" as to her lack of reply between November and the end of December, please note during installation we had a conversation about vacation time. She laughed stating she doesn't take vacation. Further, I drive by her place of business on my way to work. Today, the front door was literally open with a vehicle out front. I add this as she is not "closed for the holiday" and is simply not following good business or ethics and her word doesn't have any worth.
