I have added this customer's correct address to the 'urgent do not mail' list and informed our marketing partner As we had noted, this customer's address was on this list 3x from the last couple of years, but the wrong address had been noted

I am rejecting this response because: I called many, many times over the years and each time my address was verified and I was told that the mailings would stopI believe that the company is not being honest in saying that they had the wrong addressThey got caught

We apologize for the inconvenience as I was able to view this customer on our 'urgent do not mail' list, and it turns out that we had the wrong address listed on our mailing removal list.  We had 2932 Almaden St., and the customer's address is actually 2732 Almaden St.  I have updated the...

list, and I have reached out to our marketing partner to ensure that this customer will be removed from our list as well as removed from our sister company's lists as well.

Revdex.com: I will accept to close this but this company must be watched closely as I believe they continue to purposefully solicit after several requests to discontinue. My address was never wrong.  
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 11710206, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
