As stated before American Sleep asked customer for pictures and receipt from customer, when such items were received they did not matchAs for employee that sold mattress to customer a year ago, they no longer worked at American Sleep when issue with customer came aboutThe issue was turned over to General manager and Manufacturer of mattressIt was then decided that the warranty was voidedAmerican Sleep had nothing to do with the manufacturers decisionThis was a drawn out issue that was not decided in a minute time frame , it was discussed for a great timeThe manufacturers decision on not going through with the replacement had nothing to do with American SleepRegardless how customer seems to think soHarassing a place of business over what was ultimately the decision of the manufacturer is ridiculous and needs to stopRegards,Management

I am rejecting this response because: The receipt I submitted was what I was given by the clerk in the store I am not responsible if an employee made a mistake, or was engaging in fradualent activities if this be the case Also, the questionIi have is "how can the mattress get snagged while on the bed covered with a mattress pad and bed sheetI am really not sure what happened in this warranty situation, because I contacted the manufacturer of the mattress and they agreed to send me a replacement; nut after talking to American Sleep everything changed

I am rejecting this response because: Like I said, I am not responsible for the info on the receipt and the merchandise not matching I have a receipt showing that I pais $for a Queen mattress set which is coming loose at the seam I could care less about who is working there and who is not working there What has happened to good customer service?

The customer contacted American Sleep with his complaint, we asked for details on mattress such as pictures and receipt. The pictures we received were of a stitching on mattress that was considered by management and manufacture of mattress that it looked to have been snagged by something and tore....

So it was considered normal wear and tare. Which was not covered under warranty by manufacture. Plus the customer produced a receipt that did not match the mattress in the pictures he sent.

The issue was turned over to General manager and Manufacturer of mattress. It was then decided that the warranty was voided. American Sleep had nothing to do with the manufacturers decision. This was a drawn out issue that was not decided in a 5 minute time frame , it was discussed for a great time. The manufacturers decision on not going through with the replacement had nothing to do with American Sleep. Regardless how customer seems to think so. Harassing a place of business over what was ultimately the decision of the manufacturer is ridiculous and needs to stop. Regards,Management
