The person that came to my home never said that the company was going to run the credit for almost dolares he said they where going to chk if I was a low income person to qualify for a window swampcooler that was dollar BIG difference of amount money and the phone number on the brochure was not on service or cell phone of the person that came to my home neither big scam !!!!!

The person that came to my home never said that the company was going to run the credit for almost 9000 dolares he said they where going to chk if I was a low income person to qualify for a window swampcooler that was 150.00 dollar BIG difference of amount money and the phone number on the brochure was not on service or cell phone of the person that came to my home neither big scam !!!!!

That's the only phone number that I have and I know it's a different company that's why I made the complaint everything is false

I apologize for this issue and we take it very seriously; we have terminated the sales rep that was involved in this process. The $9,000 number that was spoken to you was the price of the unit. The $150 that was mentioned would be a monthly payment in .02% - .015% interest towards that $9,000 balance. The number that was on that brochure had soon been changed to a new number we can provide upon request if needed. As was stated before due to the misunderstanding in this situation the sales rep has been terminated. With another note in mind the applicant did fail the credit check and we have not used the applicants information in no other way then the initial credit check and have not made any contact with this applicant; we will continue to not use the applicants information in any way.
