I tried my best to help the customer with his issue and was not trying to be difficult. I told the customer to leave the product with me...
so I could return it to my supplier and find out if there was a defect. the customer did not want to leave the product behind. With that being said I have located a replacement part for the product and want to give the part to the customer. I also have an extra tank for the E liquid I want to give the customer for the hassle. Please inform him to stop by the shop so we can resolve this issue and put this behind us.
