On February 3, 2015, an order was placed by [redacted] Wholesale with American Soap Company (***) to prepare an Anti-itch soap bar with a timeframe of weeks When this project was in process there was a lack of communication by [redacted] Mr [redacted] ***After several unsuccessful attempts and months later Mr [redacted] informed [redacted] that he was experiencing personal and health issues and was unable to produce this product When [redacted] was informed of this situation a new project was placed to [redacted] on April 30th, 2015, to manufacture Baba de Caracol soap bar, which has been produced in previous years by [redacted] with a timeframe of weeksThere were no cancellation fees or additional charges to the new orderOnce again there was a lack of communication by ***There were, again, difficulties producing this item and were informed by American Soap Company that the order [redacted] be cancelled and my deposit [redacted] be refunded as stated on this email by Mr [redacted] *** " [redacted] , I regret to report that the latest effort to produce the Caracol bars has failedAs a result of this, staffing and other personal issues, we have decided to suspend production operations indefinitely We [redacted] cancel your order and organize a plan to refund your depositI sincerely apologize for these circumstances ***" As stated on [redacted] response both projects were terminated due to American Soap Company personal issues and faulty ingredients [redacted] has lost over months of sales and clients for these items [redacted] has also lost money by manufacturing boxes for these soap bars, which were never manufacturedDue to the nature of the circumstances [redacted] should receive a much greater amount due to the lost clients, months and counting of money held by [redacted] and boxes produced for this soap barsBut [redacted] is only requesting the deposit made of $ Your behavior lacks business ethics, integrity, and honestyIt is really sad that I have to deal with people like you that I consider agents of destruction of the American economy If I do not receive my deposit after this process has concludedI [redacted] take legal action to retrieve a greater amount due to the time and money lostI [redacted] contact the Colorado Attorney General Office (Fraud Department) and Colorado Consumer Protection Department and make a complaint against you

When this project was in process there was a lack of communication by [redacted] Mr. [redacted]. After several unsuccessful attempts and 3 months later Mr. [redacted] informed [redacted] that he was experiencing personal and health issues and was unable to produce this product.
When [redacted] was informed of this situation a new project was placed to [redacted] on April 30th, 2015, to manufacture Baba de Caracol soap bar, which has been produced in previous years by [redacted] with a timeframe of 4 weeks. There were no cancellation fees or additional charges to the new order. Once again there was a lack of communication by [redacted]. There were, again, difficulties producing this item and were informed by American Soap Company that the order [redacted] be cancelled and my deposit [redacted] be refunded as stated on this email by Mr. [redacted].

As stated on [redacted] response both projects were terminated due to American Soap Company personal issues and faulty ingredients.
[redacted] has lost over 6 months of sales and clients for these items. [redacted] has also lost money by manufacturing boxes for these soap bars, which were never manufactured. Due to the nature of the circumstances [redacted] should receive a much greater amount due to the lost clients, 8 months and counting of money held by [redacted] and boxes produced for this soap bars. But [redacted] is only requesting the deposit made of $3090.00.
Your behavior lacks business ethics, integrity, and honesty. It is really sad that I have to deal with people like you that I consider agents of destruction of the American economy.
If I do not receive my deposit after this process has concluded. I [redacted] take legal action to retrieve a greater amount due to the time and money lost. I [redacted] contact the Colorado Attorney General Office (Fraud Department) and Colorado Consumer Protection Department and make a complaint against you.
