This company provided me with a Knee CPM Device after my knee replacement surgery. They promptly deoivered it to my home and explained the use. I finished using this device13 days after using it. I called the company on day 14 to ask them to pick it up and stop charging me as I was finished. They did not send someone right away so I called back to make sure they were not charging me still. I was assured charging had stopped on the 14th day. I recently received a bill from this company charging me for 21 days. I also checked my insurance claims and sure enough 21 days. I wrote to the company asking them to explain this and correct it. 7 days later I received a call from them saying it was their mistake but they could explain their numbers I will see I was charged at the lesser rate for only 14 days and I could just pay this. I started thinking about this as they did not want to correct [redacted], well of course not as they were paid at the higher rate and I would get a break by only paying for my 14 days use. So they were basically trying to defraud my insurance company. I told them to correct it immediately.
