Please be aware that ASA - American Spirit Arms, is the worst company I have ever dealt with
I had pre-ordered in Jan one of their new products coming out back in FebruaryI got it on February 10thGreat! But it was made out of specI emailed ASA and they said yes it's out of spec and a replacement was being made but it would be 4-weeksIt's now weeks and I have tried email and calling but just keep getting told that the parts are made but out for anodizing with NO eta of when I will get a replacementEven the new owner/Ceo (Phil T***) said he would look into the matter and call me directly the next dayThat was days agoAt this point in time I do not expect to get a replacement and I think I want the bad piece I have as a reminder to never buy from ASA againAlso to show others in the market so they can avoid ASA as wellAs a customer I feel like they don't care about you, just your money
Please also know that their web site inventory is not live or accurate as it is rarely updatedA quick search online you will find that ASA is known for their customer service and not in a good way

It's now 10 weeks and I have tried email and calling but just keep getting told that the parts are made but out for anodizing with NO eta of when I will get a replacement. Even the new owner/Ceo (Phil T[redacted]) said he would look into the matter and call me directly the next day. That was 8 days ago. At this point in time I do not expect to get a replacement and I think I want the bad piece I have as a reminder to never buy from ASA again. Also to show others in the market so they can avoid ASA as well. As a customer I feel like they don't care about you, just your money.

A.S.A. is one of the best companies in the game, especially for their 95 lowers. I had simply put an item in my cart waiting to give them the rest of my info and received a call both times making sure everything was going the way I wanted it to go. I cannot say enough about their reliability, customer service, and their products are top notch. They have undoubtedly the best 80 and 95 lowers on the market. Do not ever go with 80% arms, or Shadow Ops, ever. 80% arms measurements are off on their lowers, but they do offer the best jig on the market, and Shadow Ops will never send your product. I hope this helps those people out there looking for great products.
