trailer for $1500 plus fees (according to Vicki, our manager)and in an effort to resolve a dispute, we would agree to accept that offer.  If that is of no interest to these bidders, it will be offered to the competing bidder at the same amount.

This is in the response to the [redacted] & [redacted] Complaint.ID #  [redacted]The [redacted]'s did purchase a travel trailer from us at our January RV Show on January 25, 2014.  They bought an Order Out 2014 Fairfield Park Trailer (that actually came in as a 2015) they were trading in a 2006...

Dutchman 30RK (that was stated on the Purchase Agreement and that was signed by both [redacted] and [redacted]. (See attached Signed purchase agreements)Upon arrival of their new order out trailer; on April 26th the [redacted]'s came in to do the financing paperwork; even at that time they were still stating that their trade in was a  2006.  It wasn't until a few weeks later, after we paid off their trade at a local bank and then the bank sent us the trade title; it was at this time May 17th that it was discovered that the trade was a 2005.On May 19th the [redacted]'s were called letting them know about the discrepancy of year in their trade in and they were told of the dollar amount difference $882.  At that time; [redacted] said that they didn't have that amount of money; but asked if they could make payments; which Outlet Recreation agreed upon.  After a few months had passed; and no payment received; The [redacted]'s were called again;asking for payment.  At that time; they stated they were not going to do any form of payment and that it was Outlet Recreations fault of the model year discrepancy of their trade in.  It was at that time they were told that the MSO would be held until payment was made.  Outlet Recreation had been sending out monthly statements to the [redacted]'s stating payment past due; Trade in correction.  And still no payment.  The MSO was being held due to the fact that we were awaiting the final payment.In closing to this matter; the bank that financed their new trailer called asking about the MSO and situation of this matter; it was fully explained to them (No Lawyers were sent in); and Outlet Recreation just finally had enough of this deal; so the Title was sent to the bank, the taxes of $1487.65 were paid (not $14,000 as [redacted] has stated); and the $882 was written off.[redacted]original attached.
