This doesn't deserve one star! I paid $1900 after calling myself negotiating well from $2400 quote on a Panamera Porsche. They told me everything was covered, even a nail in the tire. Just tried to submit a claim after 5 months and number is out of service as well as another number saying that they are no longer taking new clients and can't meet obligations to current clients. What nightmare to be scammed by a well made website!

I have cancelled the policy with in a week and its crossed more than 30 working days but still now they have not refunded the money back. I have sent many emails also I have called customer care many times but very bad response.

Don't buy! Big scam! Contact attorney general and file a complaint!

Please contact district attorney in. Delaware I'm out $9,000 because of asap they are now ignoring me completely offered $500 toward repairs- was lured to purchase this warranty because of scam 5 star reviews. This company will take your money and will not pay for services to your car- Attorney General will act with enough complaints

Hi yes my name is lio and I'm are going through the same thing after month and half I became a member of American Standard auto my car ac stop working and I call them, they told me to go any place I want to get it fixed it went to the dealer, after I got the diagnosis they only want to pay a small portion, when I was told I'm cover 100% , I and up paying my self for the repair and cancel my warranty and is being almost 3 months, and I'm still waiting for my cancelation refund, this is the worst place to. Buy any type of warranty

I just footed a $5020.00 bill for repairs at Land Rover Jacksonville,fl do to American Standard Auto Protection not answering the phone from the dealership. What good did it do for me to waste thousands on American Standard Auto Protection ,how embarrassing.I believe I've been scammed.

Review: purchased vehicle warranty protection policy. company does not answer phone calls, fax or E mails for auto repair claim. Automated phone system has left me on hold for over one hour on several occasions.Desired Settlement: either refund insurance policy cost of $1,456.26 or reimburse auto repair cost per policy terms of $488.55

Great experience so far, had to bring my car into the shop for some repairs, although they didn't pay as quickly as I would like, it did take around 18 hours, they did pay my full repair and labor costs as well as rental car for the 2 days the car was in the shop, total price around 1300 ish. would deff refer and use them again, got a pretty good deal for the 5 year coverage as well, they gave me like 600 off the total price which was awesome, I have a bmw 335i

I purchased an extended warranty from American Standard Auto Protection. After sleeping on my decision for several days I decided that I did not need the warranty after all. When I called to cancel the policy, they canceled it without any hassle. I was treated with respect. If I ever decide to purchase an auto extended warranty I will call this company. In my book they deserve an A-plus rating.

I would like to thank the customer service representatives at American Standard Auto Protection. I had a big issue with my car's engine and my coverage with ASAP ended up saving me A LOT of money. I wasn't aware of some of the coverage until one of the customer service reps looked into my account and informed me that I may have additional coverage for my vehicle and was able to get me over to the claims department to have further assistance. He was very helpful.

Review: American Standard Auto Protection has failed to live up to the terms of the Service Contract I purchased in October 18, 2014. I filed a claim in late November regarding repairs to my 2009 BMW. Customer Service was prompt and efficient while processing my application and collecting my $2138 fee for a 4-yr/48k warranty in October. After filing my claim, however, they became increasingly difficult to contact. When they did respond to my inquiries for reimbursement, I was given confusing and conflicting information or promises which, to this date, have not been kept. A visit to their "offices" in Wilmington revealed a logo on the door, empty workstations and mail piled inside the door. The day I visited their location I left my card with Brandywine Realty Trust, who manage the building. I received a call that same night from [redacted], the customer service mgr. who has been giving me the runaround for weeks. He promised my claim would be settled that week. Of course, I have not heard from him again. My contract states that my ASAP policy is insured by Continental Risk Underwriters located in Las Vegas. Surprise: There is no company operating at the location given in my contract or in the state of Nevada according to Directory Assistance. The principal owner of ASAP is listed as [redacted]. How could this company have been rated as A+ by the Del. Revdex.com?Desired Settlement: Paid $2138.40 on October 18, 2014 for service contract.Also Paid $1455. for a covered repair and $175.76 for a car rental which also is supposedly covered by ASAP's Total Shield policy.

I am having a similar problem. I contacted the Ins commission in CA BUT THEY CAN't assist unless it was underwritten by an ins comp which I cannot find and ASAP Will not respond. Can you tell me what you did for reimbursement so I can do the same? I highly suspect this company is acting fraudulently
