I used A-1 (Aone Flooring and Tile on their web site) in the past and was satisfied. Now I was replacing the flooring in the entire house that I was remodeling. I called them, a representative came out took measurements, photos, and we discussed the entire job. A week later I went to their showroom and selected the flooring. The representative was then supposed to provide me with a written estimate. This was mid November 2015. After not hearing from the representative for weeks and wanting to move my project along, I went somewhere else and had the flooring installed within a week. It is so STRANGE that A-1 wasted my time and theirs. He even drew up a nice flooring layout diagram for the installation. A-1 lost a sale of over $6,000.00. It is very difficult to understand why they did not get back with me. However, during this remodeling project I have encountered MANY contractors who fail to show up, return calls, keep me informed, do the work. Oh, they will take the money though.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND A-1 CARPET AND TILE AND WOULD NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. To this day I have never heard from them since I went to the showroom.
