The bid/estimate to paint the exterior of our house was timely and the quote submitted via email. They power washed the house the day they stated. They took three days to prep before applying the base coat. They used the highest quality of exterior house paint. They took three days to paint with the last day for touch ups. They even painted the wood the house numbers were displayed on. I would recommend All Around Maintenance & Painting Inc. to anyone.

We purchased a Liberation walk-in tub. The tub is highly over-priced, but does come with lifetime warranty. Installers had to remove two interior doors and frames to get the tub into the bathroom. First time I used tub, I discovered 3 issues: The water jets in the rear were weak, the left bottom water jet for the feet did not work, and the aroma therapy did not work. In addition to this, the interior door replacement was AWFUL. I could have done better myself. We have a brand new house, and the subcontractor who installed the tub "ruined" our house according to my wife. I called the support line over a month ago and lodged my complaints. A service ticket was opened, and to-date no one has contacted me regarding the fixes. Stay away from American Standard's walk-in tubs. They do not have sufficient or qualified home installers.

Review: I purchased a cast iron sink from this company in 1998 that had a lifetime warranty attached to the product. Im having issues with the sink now rusting to the point that it needs to be replaced. I have contacted the manufacturer and they dont make my sink any longer. When asked about replacement they refused as they no longer make the sink and dont use the cast iron material for fabrication any longer. They offered me 100 dollars for my replacement yet the sink was valued at over $700 at the time of purchase. The company does make stainless steel products that would fit my opening yet are not willing to give me a replacement sink for my troubles. Clearly this is a company that does not feel that they need to stand behind their products and are not honoring their warranties. Please help Sink model # is [redacted] black silhouette sink 4 hole 38x22Desired Settlement: Would like the company to give me a replacement to fit my opening in stainless steel as they dont make cast iron any longer. My opening in the granite was specially cut to this larger size to accomodate their product and am having difficulty finding someone that still makes a sink this large. My granite purchase was $9000 and I am in a situation that if I cant get a sink to fit this size I will have to have the tops refabricated and cant afford this solution. I just want a sink.

Unfortunately, with the product being discontinued we can only reimburse the actual dollar amount that the customer paid for the product. Our warranty only covers the product and does not make any allowances for labor.

Review: On 7/30/2011 I purchased a cadet 3, toilet bowl/tank model 2386.010. This year, December 11, 2013 I called to have a flapper replaced, or at least that's what the plumber said I needed. American standard claims they mailed me a new flapper. To date I have not received it. The second problem is no major plumbing store or[redacted] does not carry this flapper under model number: 2386.010. This should not take several weeks to resolve this problem. Needless to say I will not purchase another American Standard product. Their client relation and products needs a great deal of improvement. My complaint number is:[redacted]. The cmpany has not done anything to resolve the problem.
