These statements are false and we have several pages of documentation to prove that.
5 wks after the damage, Mr. and Mrs. [redacted]...

contacted me. They set a time for a week later to contract with us to perform repairs to their home. The home was livable and required no emergency repairs, however we did hire a fence contractor to perform fence repairs in order to keep the dogs in.
7 business days later Mrs. [redacted] expressed concern about the amount of time it was taking for us to generate an estimate to be provided to their insurance carrier. I explained it takes time to get bids from sub-contractors and generate a fair and accurate estimate, and we made Mr. and Mrs. [redacted] our #1 priority. To support this statement, we have 3 pages of typed daily log notes demonstrating our efforts and correspondence with the [redacted].
Mrs. [redacted] later made it clear that she knew where I lived and had approached roofing crews performing work for my neighbors, and believed that we were making my neighbors a priority. and that her insurance, "Liberty" told her she needed to find another contractor. While we are unsure who she spoke with, we are certain that they were not working for us. I made it clear to her, that she and her husband were our #1 priority. One problem at this point was Mr. and Mrs. [redacted] had not provided us with the insurance paperwork as they had agreed. Coupled with that Mr. [redacted] had made several threats to shoot any contractor that shows up at his property unannounced, boasting of carrying a loaded weapon, including demands that we come during non working hours to gather information for our estimate to be generated and provided to their insurance carrier.
