I am rejecting this response because:the complaint was in regards to the one hours worth of work that was done for $rate per hourAlso after installing the faucet myself I found there was a leak coming from the dishwasherIt's unfortunate this rate was charged as we have more plumbing work to be done but will never use this company againIt's unfortunate that companies want to make a quick buck and don't look at the broader pictureWe had an electrician come out and do some workHe charged us a fair rate and quoted us another job which we will be hiring him for again.

[redacted] After reviewing the actual cost for replacement faucet which was not the faucet we had agreed upon when Mr. [redacted]  but a replacement that Mr. [redacted] took it...

upon himself to purchase, and the cost for parts, the contractors mark up was far too high and unreasonable, not to mention the cost per hour which exceeded $95.00. All that was replaced was a faucet a charge of almost $400 is totally unreasonable. I signed for the result that was obtained from Mr. [redacted] visit which I was satisfied with, I am not opposed to paying what is reasonable, I know Mr. [redacted] runs a business and is in it to make a profit, but I would think that somewhere there should be room for being fair. I contacted MR. [redacted] because he was local in the same town, I would think he would take that into consideration.
