Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Sincerely, [redacted] After reviewing the actual cost for replacement faucet which was not the faucet we had agreed upon when Mr [redacted] but a replacement that Mr [redacted] took it upon himself to purchase, and the cost for parts, the contractors mark up was far too high and unreasonable, not to mention the cost per hour which exceeded $All that was replaced was a faucet a charge of almost $is totally unreasonableI signed for the result that was obtained from Mr [redacted] visit which I was satisfied with, I am not opposed to paying what is reasonable, I know Mr [redacted] runs a business and is in it to make a profit, but I would think that somewhere there should be room for being fairI contacted MR [redacted] because he was local in the same town, I would think he would take that into consideration.Thank You [redacted] ***
