I have been a customer of this company for almost two years Despite experiencing problems from the start, I have tried to give them the benefit of the doubt That ended today They installed my HVAC system nearly two years ago and I had to call them back one week later because the air conditioning unit was not cooling They sent a technician out and he determined that there was not enough freon in the system This was a mistake made by the installing technicians Less than a year later, I had to call them a second time because the air conditioner unit stopped cooling The technician told me that a part was defective and needed to be replaced Because the part had to be ordered and did not arrive when expected, I was several days without AC in the middle of summer When the technician came back out, he did not have the part that he said needed to be replaced He had a container of lubricant and stated that that was the fix that *** recommended for the problem Last week I phoned them to schedule pre-season preventive maintenance I was given a service window of 12pm to 5pm on Tuesday April 26th At 1:I received a phone call from them stating that they were swamped with "no AC" calls and they needed to reschedule my appointment The appointment was rescheduled to today, April 28th, again between 12pm and 5pm At 3:30, I received a phone call that was a repeat of the conversation on Tuesday asking me to reschedule my appointment again I informed them that I would not be doing business with them any more Apparently, other service calls are a priority to them over mine I have been without AC in the middle of summer so I sympathize with those without air But my time is also important I have wasted two afternoons this week on appointments that were cancelled during the service window This is unacceptable customer service

In regards to the said complaint, the customer was explained upon her initial service call the cost would be an $89 service charge plus the cost of repairs. She has been a customer for over 15 years and during this time our service call policies have not changed....

Regarding the dispute of $141.75, this charge was told to her prior to doing the service. The $141.75 was to clean the burners on her gas pack, which were very dirty causing the furnace not to light, upon doing so the technician got the furnace to light. At that point the technician was able to get the burners to light, however, the flame was unstable and burning insulation which is not safe. He investigated further and found the crack in the heat exchanger. The technician, by law, had to turn off the gas to the unit for the customers safety. He explained to the customer all the said charges and told her that he would deduct the $141.75 off the cost of a new system, also the owner offered a discount on the new system on top of the $141.75 for being a loyal customer. The disputed amount of $141.75 was for the service performed that was approved by the customer and would have been refunded if she had purchased a new system, as explained to the customer. Therefore, the charges stand at $230.75. We regret her unhappiness with the situation and wish her nothing but the best in the future.

Absolutely the most ridiculous online purchase I have EVER made. I ordered this memo pad as a Christmas present for my Aunt.

The first time it was delivered, the order came incomplete. I called them the second I opened the package, as it was only a week until Christmas. They PROMISED ME that the correct order would make it to me by Christmas Eve.

Well, Christmas Eve came and went, as did Christmas Day. When I called the day after Christmas (first day back open) the customer service rep was apologetic, but told me she had no idea why I was promised the package before Christmas, as it wasn't enough turn around time to remake the order.

And so, giftless, they refunded me for PART of my messed up order.

Fast forward 3 weeks, yes it took THREE MORE WEEKS to receive the corrected order (total of 4 weeks to get the proper order. It only took them 1.5 weeks to get it to me initially!!!). When I opened the package, the entire memo pad was IN PIECES!!!! The binding of the pad was flimsy and the entire thing came apart.

Safe to say, I AM COMPLETELY DISSATISFIED.. and I will NEVER order from you again. EVER.

Mind you.. they would not refund my entire order. only part of it.

UNREAL. I wish I could give you ZERO STARS.

The online commerce experience was successful. Product was 200 Monarch sheets plus 100 envelopes with my address thermographed on the envelope only. The product cost was about $52. Shipping was about $13. Delivery time was 11 days via UPS and the USPS (during a time when Colorado had a snowstorm). Very impressed with the product and service from American Stationary. Yes, there are other reputable makers of stationary I could have used; but they tend to be over-priced. American Stationary is delivers quality and affordability in the same package. American Stationary is one of the few companies that offers Executive or Monarch-sized stationery using 100% cotton paper. Packaging was carefully wrapped in tissue paper and placed in blue boxes with the company logo. For quality stationary at reasonable prices, I highly recommend American Stationary and their online e-commerce site.

I first ordered correspondence cards and they were beautiful. Sharp image, kerned typography, and good color border.

My second purchase was a square address stamp, their No. 9 image. It was well struck, but aesthetically off - not as pictured; the large initial was too far from the address lines below it. But worst of all, the impression is crooked. It's on a slant. I expected better quality control. When I gave a 'disappointed' review, American Stationery did not post it which, as I've heard from others, is their usual practice. Buyer Beware, quality is iffy!
