Absolutely the most ridiculous online purchase I have EVER madeI ordered this memo pad as a Christmas present for my Aunt The first time it was delivered, the order came incompleteI called them the second I opened the package, as it was only a week until ChristmasThey PROMISED ME that the correct order would make it to me by Christmas Eve Well, Christmas Eve came and went, as did Christmas DayWhen I called the day after Christmas (first day back open) the customer service rep was apologetic, but told me she had no idea why I was promised the package before Christmas, as it wasn't enough turn around time to remake the order And so, giftless, they refunded me for PART of my messed up order Fast forward weeks, yes it took THREE MORE WEEKS to receive the corrected order (total of weeks to get the proper orderIt only took them weeks to get it to me initially!!!)When I opened the package, the entire memo pad was IN PIECES!!!! The binding of the pad was flimsy and the entire thing came apart Safe to say, I AM COMPLETELY DISSATISFIEDand I will NEVER order from you againEVER Mind youthey would not refund my entire orderonly part of it UNREAL I wish I could give you ZERO STARS

I first ordered correspondence cards and they were beautifulSharp image, kerned typography, and good color border My second purchase was a square address stamp, their NoimageIt was well struck, but aesthetically off - not as pictured; the large initial was too far from the address lines below itBut worst of all, the impression is crookedIt's on a slantI expected better quality controlWhen I gave a 'disappointed' review, American Stationery did not post it which, as I've heard from others, is their usual practiceBuyer Beware, quality is iffy!

In regards to the said complaint, the customer was explained upon her initial service call the cost would be an $service charge plus the cost of repairsShe has been a customer for over years and during this time our service call policies have not changed Regarding the dispute of $141.75, this charge was told to her prior to doing the serviceThe $was to clean the burners on her gas pack, which were very dirty causing the furnace not to light, upon doing so the technician got the furnace to lightAt that point the technician was able to get the burners to light, however, the flame was unstable and burning insulation which is not safeHe investigated further and found the crack in the heat exchangerThe technician, by law, had to turn off the gas to the unit for the customers safetyHe explained to the customer all the said charges and told her that he would deduct the $off the cost of a new system, also the owner offered a discount on the new system on top of the $for being a loyal customerThe disputed amount of $was for the service performed that was approved by the customer and would have been refunded if she had purchased a new system, as explained to the customerTherefore, the charges stand at $We regret her unhappiness with the situation and wish her nothing but the best in the futureSincerely, Authorized Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc
