To Whom It May Concern, 
[redacted] contacted America Steel approximately a year and a half to two years ago to work on a vehicle that they sold to [redacted]. The car was wrecked & there was no insurance on the vehicle. American Steel repaired the front...

bumper, the front passenger fender including the moldings, the grill, and the tie rod ends. American Steel did not work on any part of the airbag or drive shaft. When [redacted] returned the vehicle to us, we replaced the light bulb in the headlamp, repaired the torsion bar after she purchased a set of used tires for the vehicle. The torsion bar was repaired when the alignment was done by [redacted] Shop. American Steel could not align the vehicle until new tires were purchased. [redacted] would not pay for a set of tires or pay for the alignment until new tires were purchased. American Steel searched for the tires to help her out. American Steel directly billed [redacted]. What Colorado Auto billed to [redacted] is out of American Steel’s control. Because this vehicle was fixed so long ago, we have no idea what has been done to this vehicle since. American Steel has left [redacted] 3 messages on her phone to discuss this situation, with no return call.
