Mr. S[redacted] was my initial contact and got things rolling with his team. Mr P[redacted] carried the ball. They were persistent as one my expect but displayed patience, respect and professionalism at the same time. They delivered and in the time frame they communicated.

I have requested a loan, which was assured to me , the request for paperwork and time limit is much easier and faster than go via a Bank.
I needed something quick for my business and decided to apply with this Company; well, it was a night mare.
Everyday another request, and I complied with all of them . however , was never enough.
I knew the rates are higher because these are unsecured loans, however, the steps to jump made it cumbersome.
The last one is they needed to talk to my landlord to ask some questions, however,since she travels a lot and didn't want to bother her, I gave her brothers contact, who verified I am in the location for 25 years, and in good standing.
Then, not happy with that, they wanted to talk to the actual landlord , which they did and she confirmed everything.
Well, next step was the final funding, but I get an email saying , because the spoke to her brother , who actually is the one in charge of the whole professional building to run properly, and said that the landlord , " didn't know that person, and that he was not her brother" which when I asked the landlord, she told me " how can I deny who he is, if he is in charge of my building"?
They alleged , I should have given the right contact from the start.
They denied the loan, instead of trying to clarify the situation, after having received all the paperwork requested, I have good income, etc.
These are the facts , and wouldn't go back to this company at all for any loan request.
