[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]here is their response:Hi we would like come to a fair agreement we were stopped from moving forward ... Our attorney is in the process of putting together a release for both parties I will see if he can contact you this week or the first part of next weekThis is the same thing they sent me in an email on May 25th - almost a month ago. I have heard nothing from them since that time.As to their comment that 'they were stopped from moving forward', they stopped moving forward by refusing to provide pictures of the work already completed (and if pictures did not exist, a written description of the work completed).I am unable to contact via mail because they have refused (by not responding to my queries) to provide a valid address. The address they have provided you - [redacted] - does not appear to exist.I will wait until the end of next week to see if they really respond as they promised.

We have mad arrangements with the owner ...... Is this complaint open ? Or closed ? At this time. I would like the Revdex.com to respond to me. It's 11.27 pm on 3/3/ 2016 I have a snap shot of the report online stating that this case is closed at this date and time ... I'm also asking the customer...
the same question. Please advise if the case is open or closed ... We would like to respond and resolve the complaint .... we were told on by the phone by the Revdex.com the complaint has been reopened however it's still listed as closed unresolved ...Please claify to the public this message has been recorded and captured for accuracy ... Thanks for your help in this matter
[redacted]- I should have reached out earlier but I wanted to make sure I didn't have any further major leaking in my basement. Structural systems came out and did some repairs so the complaint can be updated as resolved. I hope that it is still shown if someone does a search on the company as I had such issues and delay getting a resolution. Thank you.
