Paid ASDS $640 processing fee in three payments... $213.00 on 6/12/15; $213.00 on 7/24/15; and $214.00 on 8/21/15. Never received any information from the department of education. ASDS says that they will provide a 100% refund if you are rejected for a federal student loan consolidation program though the department of education or if you do not benefit from one of the federal programs provided. In which apparently we haven't qualified. We are unable to get in contact with anyone there and then received a letter in the mail stating that ASDS is no longer continuing operations. So basically we paid $640 for services and received nothing of it. called FedLoan Services and they said this ASDS is a scam.
