This company is like a ray of light from heaven I have been working with [redacted] and his sister, [redacted] , to help unravel a huge, tangled, nightmare caused by the US Department of Education itself Sure, the various online consumer information organizations will point out that you can go ahead and TRY to do all this stuff on your own for free, but good luck with that You are going to need it Previously, I had attempted to deal with the USDOE on my own; it was like running head-first into a brick wall Even my Senators ( [redacted] - R/SD and [redacted] n - D/SD) could not obtain any cooperation, and that is saying a great deal! To make a long story short, the good folks at American SDS were able to get the DOE and its affiliated debt collectors OFF MY BACK Remember, *I [redacted] was not the cause of this defaulted student loan; I did everything I was supposed to do but the government seemed hell-bent on placing me in default, probably to pump up the debt with "late fees" and compounded interest All the American SDS staffers were cordial, professional, efficient, and effective I have nothing but good things to say about this organization and would highly recommend them to any others who are going through this hell!

Dear to whomever: I have my contract information with America Student debt solution, but I want to know for sure are they a scam or legit businessIf they are a scam I will send yall the contract information and provide the website

To Revdex.com of Orange County,
The complaint filed by *** *** states that she spoke with our representative on May 16th, and then found out we became accredited with the Revdex.com on May 19th, Ms***, in her statement for desired settlement stated that we had
lied about our time in business It appears Ms*** is simply unaware that it takes considerable time before a business qualifies for accreditation
In her statement for desired settlement Ms*** wishes not to be chargedMs *** signed a contract which had a scheduled payment on 5/27/ On 5/22/Ms*** called and requested a cancellation of her contract On 5/22/we suspended her payment planWe have never received any payment from Ms*** nor do we currently have any intentions of billing her
Ms*** stated that we do not answer our phoneOur phone records show Ms*** twice called us and left voice messagesOn both occasions her calls were returned within an hourIt is possible that on other occasions she called us, that we were unable to answer the phone and she declined leaving a voice message
Ms*** stated we are charging her $up front and $per month over years We do not have a payment plan for $per month payable for yearsMs*** may have been mistaking us for another company We do not fault Ms*** for the misunderstanding, we believe it was an honest mistake.
After filing the aforementioned Revdex.com complaint, Ms*** continued her association with us by sending additional information to us which we have reviewedAs of the date of this response, 5/28/14, we have not billed Ms*** for any servicesIf we can not provide services to justify our fees we will not request payment
We are sensitive to Ms***'s complaint but consider it to be the result of misunderstandingSince all measures of our service regarding Ms*** have been performed in good faith we respectfully request that this complaint be removed from our record
Sincerely,

Hi ***,
I'm writing to follon our phone call from this morningAs I explained, and you now understand, the Income Based Repayment plan enrollment can take 60-days from the date of submissionYour application was submitted to Fed Loan Servicing on 12/17/Since we spoke this morning, I have some good news for you! We were able to get verbal confirmation from Fed Loan Servicing that you were approved for the Income Based Repayment plan on 1/21/at a $payment for the first yearFor some reason their system had you set for paperless notification, instead of mailing them to us as intended during the enrollment processThat means everything goes into your online account and you get notified via emailYou should have received one or more emails from Fed Loan Servicing prompting you to login to see their notices and your statementsYour monthly statements going forward will be accessed this way as wellI appreciate your agreement during our call to cancel/remove the complaint you made with the Revdex.com against our companyNow that we have the news that your consolidation and IBR enrollment are complete, you have even more reason to do soI spoke with a representative of the Revdex.com and learned that they need a statement in writing from you to cancel the complaint. I have cc'd the person you need to send the cancellation request to on this email, so you can simply reply to both of us stating that you would like to cancel the complaintIf you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me directly at the number belowThank you

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Back on March this company took money out of my checking account without permissionAs far as I see they didn't had any right to do that, because they are not a debt collector.I don't owe them any money, and debt collector will give me a or days notice before they get money out my accountAmerica student debt solutions is a credit & debt consolidation company, and far as I see it you can consolidate student loans for free without paying nothingI was so tired of it until I had my checking account information changedThis company in my opinion is a scam they don't come through in do things they say they would doAll scam business have one thing in common they are educated on a business, and they know how to make things look realThey are professional trained liarsI am filing this complaint against them because they took money out my account without a notice, and they have no right to do thatThe contract they gave me didn't have any payment dates on it, and the didn't informed of anything before they do itI told them that I wasn't working a job at the time, and I wasn't worry about student loansI don't care if this complaint lower their business rating, because at the end of the day you get what you deserve when you a scam you should get some type of punishment*** *** and *** *** are not true of what they are selling on their business, and they act like they going give me a low payment plan on my accountNot true the student loan company I am with going give me a payment plan based on my income, and I already consolidated my loan with company before I did business with themMy contract is current cancel with this company, but I want ever give them my new checking account information to set up a new payment plan, because they are not about what they say they are.I want my money back in refund, or I will like for yall to lower their rating from B to F

Dear to whomever:
I have my contract information with America Student debt solution, but I want to know for sure are they a scam or legit business. If they are a scam I will send yall the contract information and provide the website.

This company is like a ray of light from heaven. I have been working with [redacted] and his sister, [redacted], to help unravel a huge, tangled, nightmare caused by the US Department of Education itself.
Sure, the various online consumer information organizations will point out that you can go ahead and TRY to do all this stuff on your own for free, but good luck with that. You are going to need it.
Previously, I had attempted to deal with the USDOE on my own; it was like running head-first into a brick wall. Even my Senators ([redacted] - R/SD and [redacted]n - D/SD) could not obtain any cooperation, and that is saying a great deal!
To make a long story short, the good folks at American SDS were able to get the DOE and its affiliated debt collectors OFF MY BACK. Remember, *I* was not the cause of this defaulted student loan; I did everything I was supposed to do but the government seemed hell-bent on placing me in default, probably to pump up the debt with "late fees" and compounded interest.
All the American SDS staffers were cordial, professional, efficient, and effective. I have nothing but good things to say about this organization and would highly recommend them to any others who are going through this hell!

HelveticaNeue, 'Helvetica Neue', Helvetica, Arial, 'Lucida Grande', sans-serif;">resolve date: 2/11/2015 I am writing inform you that I want to drop the complaint I have against America student debt solution. I talked to [redacted] from America Student debt solution, and she say they are helping me out with the debt

I am very pleased and grateful for the service American Student Debt Solutions provided for me. I was fortunate to have an outstanding agent guide me through the steps. Justin Rancour made me feel at ease with his patience and informative professionalism. My experience with American Student Debt Solutions made my day!

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted]. I would like to disagree with the respondent in regard to the payment plan. When I spoke with Pam Omo , one of their associates, she clearly outlined what they were to receive from me in the way of fees. There was the upfront fees that amounted to 600 plus dollars up front. Furthermore, she was very clear that my monthly payment to the USDE would include a small fee for their service every month and it was most definitely in the neighborhood of 30 dollars. She was very clear that I would make payments for 10 years and at the end of 10 years, I would owe NO MORE MONEY to the USDE for my outstanding student loans. The rest would be FORGIVEN. So, they do in fact charge an upfront fee and monthly fees thereafter until the end of the 10 years that a person has to pay in order to have the rest of their loans FORGIVEN.
However, I have received several calls regarding my complaint. I have spoken to them concerning my complaint. I was asked to please rescind my complaint. I told them that I would take it back, so  I will consider this complaint resolved.
Regards,
[redacted]

It is unfortunate that Mr. [redacted] does not recognize the value of the service that was provided to him, and once again states that he was taken advantage of despite our professional, responsible and courteous handling of his account and attention to his needs. These harsh and false accusations regarding unethical behavior by our company and its employees are disturbing, frustrating and completely false. Mr. [redacted] had been "taken" by an unethical company before engaging with us to provide services. They had taken his money but not completed the enrollment of his loans into a program to help him keep his student loans in good standing during his financial hardship. We completed his enrollment into an Income Based Repayment plan (IBR), which resulted in a $0 payment on his student loans until his financial situation improves (annual re-certification is required). We spent significant hours on the phone with Mr. [redacted]  over the course of this process explaining the steps, answering his questions and addressing his concerns. We went above and beyond our usual service to consult Mr. [redacted] about how decisions he makes now could affect his student loan situation over the next few decades. We prepared and submitted paperwork on his behalf. The application for the IBR was submitted on 12/17/14. We communicated with the loan servicing company to ensure the completion of his program enrollment. On 2/11/15 we verified via phone that Mr. [redacted] was enrolled in the IBR program with a $0 student loan payment for the first year, based on our efforts.
We charged Mr. [redacted] for the services we provided based on the contract he signed with us. All payments were charged on the day indicated in the signed contract. Because Mr. [redacted] informed us after the initial enrollment that his hardship situation prevented him from being able make any more payments to us, and the initial program enrollment was completed, we released Mr. [redacted] from his 5 year contract that committed him to continue to pay us to oversee his account and manage his annual re-certification of the program. We informed Mr. [redacted] that he could contact us if wanted our assistance when it was time to renew his program if he wanted to re-engage with us then.
Mr. [redacted] was never informed by anyone in our company that he could not perform the services on his own behalf. It seems that perhaps he became aware of that after utilizing our services and now wants to claim that we did not provide any service or that he did not agree to pay us. It is not appropriate of fair for him to make these false claims, just because he wishes he had not utilized our services after the fact.
I have attached the original contract Mr. [redacted] signed along with the application we submitted on his behalf and a few of the email communications we exchanged with him regarding his account and releasing him from the obligation to make future payments to us. We get paid to provide a valuable service, which we did. We work hard to provide a valuable service and differentiate ourselves from the unscrupulous companies that exist. We have remained professional and attentive to Mr. [redacted]'s needs since he engaged with us. We request that the Revdex.com declare this complaint unfounded and unwarranted.
