I decided to call this company with a question about my student loanI am currently on a PAYE plan but wanted to see if I had any other options but was hesitant to just call to a company from an advertisement on Instagram so finally I decided to call and Juan C*** helped me with all my questionsHe went above and beyond to find out the most possible information regarding my loan and also provided me with helpful websites that can provide info regarding my loanThank you Juan C***!

I spoke with Adrian regarding my student loansI have dealt with many people over the years regarding this and have never felt that they cared or understood the problemAdrian however; was able to walk me through the process and help meIt is a rare thing in this world to get someone who cares anymoreHe showed great knowledge and compassion for my issue and was willing to help right awayHe took the time to explain everything to me and was even patient with my request to re-explain things to my daughter so that my family could feel that I was getting the right help and not being taken advantage ofI would recommend this company and especially Adrian to anyone I know who is in need of help with student loans

Aslr is a pleasant company to go throughUnfortunately, I personally wasn't able to go through with the program due to some problems with my student loans but the customer service I was given was outstanding! I was helped by Tiffani and she was awesome! I am filing a complaint seeking the return of $that was overpaid according to the verbal contract via phone call that was madeThe total payment I should have made was $200, by the owner *** ***'s records I paid $I am also complaining about lack of services and communicationI was told that by May they would have my garnishment stopped and I'm to this day being garnishedI am also getting collection phone calls from transworld - I don't know who they are and the woman I had to sign over POA to, *** ***, never answered my questionsI have all email correspondence that I will forward at your requestSince the parameters of the verbal contact during my phone call in December weren't met, I would love to have my whole $backI understand that they may have done work, but my wages are still being garnished and my tax returns from and have been seized while the "advocates" have been in charge of my loansAnd, is there any way I can have ***
