I called today and spoke with AdrianThis man is amazing I just called to see about postponing payments on my student loan since I am out of workHe was able to effectively Place me in what I feel is the best repayment program for me, due to my financial situationNot only that, he even informed me that I would even qualify to return to school this winter to continue my education, which is something I had kind of had lost Hope onI'm so glad I called and spoke with Adrian today

Aslr is a pleasant company to go throughUnfortunately, I personally wasn't able to go through with the program due to some problems with my student loans but the customer service I was given was outstanding! I was helped by Tiffani and she was awesome! My debt consultant is Reema N*** and I must say that she is absolutely wonderfulI just joined the program last night on 7/20/Reema was so patient, so knowledgeableShe was able to answer all my questions so clearly and addressed all my concernsWe were on the phone for so long and it wasn't stressful or frustrating because she has such a welcoming personalityI've discussed this program with other companies and turned it down many times, but Reema helped me realize the long term benefits this program would have on my finances and my creditShe laid everything out for me, was completely honest with everything that I should expect to happen during this program and didn't sugar coat anything feel confident in her expertise and comfortable with her as my debt consolidation counselor
