Prior to calling in, these loans were a huge thorn in my sideNow, they're still a thorn in my side, however after Adrian thoroughly explained my options and what was available, I now have a much better understanding of them and pay only a fraction of what the loan servicer told me to pay!

I was struggling to find a way to get out of debt after my husband lost his job and tried many different companiesI came across an advertisement for Square One financial on Instagram and messaged them right awayThe application process was so easy and I was able to text the representative the application questions to see if I was pre-approvedOnce approved, the representative, Reema, called me and gave me a few options to find the best one that would work with meShe was AMAZING! I had so many questions and she answered them honestly and made me feel like feel like this was the best choice I could makeThe nice part about this is she is my representative through the entire program and she assured me I can call/text/ or email her at any timeI like the fact that I have that sense of security and her availability at any time, especially dealing with her and not a different representative everytimeI'm looking forward to this path towards a debt free future!

I spoke with Adrian regarding my student loans. I have dealt with many people over the years regarding this and have never felt that they cared or understood the problem. Adrian however; was able to walk me through the process and help me. It is a rare thing in this world to get someone who cares anymore. He showed great knowledge and compassion for my issue and was willing to help right away. He took the time to explain everything to me and was even patient with my request to re-explain things to my daughter so that my family could feel that I was getting the right help and not being taken advantage of. With the help of American Student Loan Advocates, I was able to pull my student loans out of default (from 2008) and back into good standings My credit was horrible, I was about to be garnished and I hadn't received a refund in years because my loans were in such bad standings ASLA helped me get my loans out of default, my credit score jumped up and I am getting a tax refund this year!! Thank you ASLA for your hard work, understanding and persistence I couldn't have done it without you :)
