In Reference to my experience with Kelly R of American Student Loans Consolidators Last year, September of 2015, I had student loans that were in collections; I was unable to keep up with payments for several yearsKelly Real assisted in setting up a program that I could use to rehab my loansA process which ranged from September to February She was persistent in calling the collections company on a weekly basis (every Tuesday) and had me on the line as a 3rd party At points they placed her on hold for up to an hour Other efforts to erode her will included bouncing her from department to department - each less efficient than the last - and routine instances of disrespect Kelly Real remained undeterred, communicating every week for months until I had a rehab program in placeBecause of her commitment and perseverance I am making timely payments within my budget and my loans are no longer in default She portrayed an admirable dogmatism in regard to efficiency and transparency in her review of any paperwork requiring my signature Because of the superior efforts of MsReal, a great burden has been removed from my mind; she has by deepest thanks I greatly appreciate the work your organization has done for me, and so many others with Student Debt Sincerely,

Do your research doesn't make sense to pay $for something you can easily do yourself If you act too fast you will find yourself out of 50percent of the money you paid for not doing you research

This is a scam They (***) contacted my father (70+ years old) and convinced him he could get the student loans he took out for me years ago (~$80K) down to $120/month payments with next-paperwork, and then be eligible for forgiveness in a few years He convinced my father this is legal He also convinced my father that he needed my social security number to do this Once *** found out that I also have student loan debt, he asked for my number and called me to offer me the same deals He mentioned that he'd "waive the fee" to help me consolidate my loans (which were already consolidated please do your research, you should NEVER have to pay to consolidate federal student loans) He also told me I'd be eligible for forgiveness in a few years due to the "William Ford Student Loan Act" (which isn't actually a thing)I told him that there's no such thing as that Act, and he raised his voice, saying, "Well that's how I paid off my loans, so I guess you don't know what you're talking about." I pressed him for the name of the company, and he kept telling me ASLC but wouldn't tell me what it stood for I looked it up while on the phone, asked him if he was "American Student Loan Consolidators" and he finally grumbled "yes" and quickly moved on I asked if this was the same company that has a D rating with the Revdex.com and he said he didn't know When I finally told him I would not be doing any business with him he yelled "well screw you" and slammed the phone down (twice, because he failed to hang up properly the first time) While I found the whole thing amusing, I could still get my father to cut ties It's terrifying to think how many unsuspecting folks fall for this Do your homework! You NEVER need to pay anyone to handle your federal student loans, including consolidation

I used to work for this companyThey will consolidate your loans correctly as a matter of fact better than what your current provider will do for youThis again you cannot control what peoples reactions are towards their service because again everyones case is differentIf they dnt want to pay the fee to get there loans done they are not forcedThere is an option to hang up

I would never recommend anyone to consult with themThey have a representative name danella that is very rude and disrespectful she shouldn't be working for a company like that if she can't handle her job she should be firedShe also hung the phone up on me because I want with another loan company

This is a scamDo not go through these peopleI had student loans, somehow these people popped into the picture, not even sure how it happenedBut they told me if I payed I could get student loan forgivenessI paidThen a few months later I get a call from another student loan place saying my student loans are past dueI said no, I paid for a student loan forgivenessShe said you dont qualify for thatI did futher checking and the only thing that happened was I paid them to find another company to carry my student loans which I could have done myself if thats what I wantedI did not request thisThey were NOT clear at all of what their services were aboutSo in the end, I wasted on this so called company that could have gone to my student loansI do not recommend doing business with these scammers

my rehab specialist miss Kelly R.. did an awesome job with my issues I had no control over seems like. But Kelly was their every step of the way. I was very much satisfied.

For 20 years I have had my student loans as a heavy burden as I tried many times to pay It back I have ran into many issues. I was once put on a hardship program(afordable) and between the time it was set up and when the first payment was due to come out they decided I didn't qualify. Then 2 other times I was set up on rediculous payment plans that were impossible to keep although I tried. At one time 11 years ago I was even threatened to western union a large amount and did, in return I began being garnished. I ended up having to quit my job and go off the grid for a year. 10 years later (recently) being honest again when I started receiving calls,I again was put on a rediculous payment plan ...but paid because I honestly wanted to pay it back. I was back in a struggle and decided to call a number to find out about the Obama program and although the person I first spoke to improperly informed me on how to handle the creditor I was currently paying (resulted in yet another garnishment )I decided to call back and give him [redacted] honestly....then there was Kelly R. (an angel)I told her my story and not only did she listen and care she took it apon herself to speak on my behalf she honestly went above and beyond 100 times over....with her knowledge and heart for the first time in my life I am on a plan that works, she got me out of garnishment and somehow made them reimburse me a chunk of money they should never have been taking if they had done things honestly. I told my whole story here simply because I want you to understand the profound positive impact she has on my life and the weight it has taken off my shoulders. It is absolutely priceless. I feel human again and relieved that I am paying back my debt. Kudos to such an amazing delightful lady! She has honestly changed my life...I can't imagine everyone in that office cares, follows through, and keeps thier word on the level that she does. But this chic is certainly thankful she met her!! Kelly R. you rock woman!!

I am a former non disgruntled employee. This place will get your consolidation done and does what they say they will do. There are a few things you should know about them when choosing who you work with on this important process. This is a boiler room environment where the only thing that matters is moving customers through the process. Most don't, but some employees act as if they are federal employees and mislead customers into believing they are in fact that. The company will only tell you that they are not your servicer if you ask the right questions. Outside of that, they will get it done for you. I do believe there are better companies to work with. Honest business builds trust. Honestly is the best policy.
