Review: We applied for a loan and the contract was broken, they have not refunded my deposit and it's been over a month. We can no longer reach them because the phone numbers are not in service anymore. The reference number is [redacted] and the representative was [redacted] at ext **. The amount of the refund is $540 US.Desired Settlement: A refund certified cheque for the full amount as promised mailed to my home.

Review: This company approved me for a personal loan without performing any credit check etc. Desperate for the funds I sent the company the required "Insurance deposit" to two people via western union...[redacted] and [redacted] of Toronto Ontario totalling $720 per transaction ($1440). After doing some internet research I found this company to be a scam with many similar stories.

Talking to my "rep" [redacted] toll-free at [redacted] she assured me that my money would be returned to me on APril [redacted] 2014. I do not believe that these funds will be returned as similar stories online have indicated that others never received their refunded money. I want to give the company every possible opportunity to refund my money or I will be referring this to the RCMP and will begin legal actionsDesired Settlement: I would like my money to be refunded to me in a timely fashion. Is there any reason why this [redacted]and [redacted]cannot simply send me the money back via western union? The financial strain this has put me under has put me to the breaking point

Review: This company deals with offering loan approvals, apparently after you have been denied a loan with another institution. They say the application gets referred to them, and they are able to approve your loan. They ask for up front security deposit and promise your loan will be in your account within hours of receiving your deposit. I never got the loan, its a scam. After calling them several times, they eventually told me that after further reviewing my credit, they would require more collateral to approve the loan. (after telling me it has already been approved). I didn't send anymore money realizing this is a scam artist. I asked for a refund of the original deposit it put of $725. They said they can issue a refund but it could take up to 30 days. I don't believe them. They just wanted to get me off the phone. I have read a couple other people dealt with the same person at the same company and same thing happened. They never received loan or a refund.Desired Settlement: I would like to attempt to get my deposit of $725 back. And also I want others to know that this company is not a loan company. It is a scam just to get you to keep sending in security deposits. They also have my personal information on their fake application form. This worries me.

Review: I sought a $10,000loan from this online company (Bay Ridge Referrals). I've secured other small loans from other online businesses, so I was comfortable in doing so. I was using my car as collateral, but then the car died and caught fire on NJ turnpike. I informed [redacted] the financial consultant for bay ridge referrals, and they said I could secure with the cash equivalent of $1800. This was paid and I was asked to cover insurance for the loan in case I became unemployed at an additional cost of $1000. I was ensured that the loan was legitimate by [redacted] a financial consultant and received a contract via email. When the funds were not transferred I tried to contact him about the return of my money and he replied he would begin the process of returning my money and that this would take approximately 14 days. I've made several attempts to contact [redacted] and Bay ridge referrals by phone and email with no success.Desired Settlement: The return of my $2800.

Review: I was approved for a loan through this company. they asked me to send money to them which I did as collateral. I was working with a [redacted] by the way. They asked me to sne more money, which I did as collateral again. this was on friday May **, 2013. all weekend I went back and forth with [redacted] trying to get my funds deposited. he told me that once they verified all the money was there, (which they did saturday) my funds would be released. It is now Monday and they still havent released my funds and now no one will take my calls. I sent a total of $1732!! and havent gotten a dime back or a phone call. I emailed their customer care on top of calling customer care and I havent been responded to yet! please help!Desired Settlement: I would like my money depositeded ASAP! I followed all the protocol and waited patienly for over 3 days!
