I used you last year and it was amazing! I was finally able to get some assistance for my student loans. I called again to get assistance with recertification. I submitted all of the necessary paperwork which included my personal information. I still have not received a receipt on the paperwork I was supposed to sign. Makes me think I’m getting scanned.
